Peter J. McNulty joined Wilkes Artis in 2025. His practice is focused on litigation related to real estate tax appeals and condemnations in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Prior to joining Wilkes Artis, Pete litigated government contract matters before the Postal Service Board of Contract Appeals, and provided advice regarding the solicitation, award, formation, administration, and termination of procurement contracts. Previously, Pete spent six years in the DC offices of two national law firms litigating before the Securities & Exchange Commission, states attorneys’ general, and state and federal courts. From 2004 to 2005, Pete clerked for the Hon. Janet C. Hall on the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.
Pete earned his JD, cum laude, from the Duke University School of Law in 2002. He also holds an MA in History from Duke (2002), and a BA in History from the College of William & Mary (1997). Pete is licensed to practice law in Virginia and the District of Columbia.
