Most forms are provided as Microsoft Word 2007 and Microsoft Excel 2007 files, which require the program in order to view and print the document. The Income & Expense forms are available only in Adobe Acrobat.
The HTML format requires no additional programs, however it may not accurately represent the true layout of the forms.

As you are aware, the COVID-19 outbreak is causing organizations to implement contingency plans to minimize health effects to their employees, yet continue core operations to the greatest extent possible under changing and uncertain conditions.
